Ever wondered how to bake the perfect crispy roast potatoes? Here are two methods for preparing amazing roast potatoes with or without the skin.
4 potatoes
4 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
Wash peels of potatoes. Grease baking pan with oil, sprinkle salt and paprika.
Cut potatoes in half, place face down into pan. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
Peel potatoes. Slice potatoes thickly.
Place onto greased baking pan. Turn once to grease both sides. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
