This is an easy, simple eye and palate pleaser. It looks so pretty and nobody will believe the prep takes just 10 minutes. Be prepared with doubles because it’s likely that you’ll be asked for refills.
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
Pas large wraps
1/4 lb turkey roll
1/4 lb pastrami
1 bag Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
Salad Mate Caesar dressing
Mix honey, ketchup and mustard in small bowl. Smear thin layer onto wraps, then layer one of each deli. Roll it up jelly roll style. Bake on 400 F for 5 minutes. (You can insert a toothpick into the roll to keep it in place while baking, but make sure to remove after baking.)
When cool, slice into 1-inch slices.
Put some lettuce into each plate. Top with tomatoes and place some deli rolls on top. Drizzle dressing before serving. Could be served hot or cold.
