These healthy tuna latkes are made with cans of tuna and grated zucchini and carrot. Baked instead of fried, these dietetic tuna latkes are completely bursting with flavor. Broiling them ensures that you get that crunch in every bite!
1 (6 ounce) can of Gefen Tuna, flaked with a fork
1 egg
1 medium squash, coarsely grated (zucchini)
1 medium carrot, finely grated
Mix all ingredients, form into patties.
Broil 15 minutes on each side. Serve with any vegetables.
