Chocolate lovers this one is for you! It’s chewy, chocolaty, and absolutely delicious. You’ll surely want to make it again and again.
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons Gefen Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 and 1/4 cups flour
1 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the oil and sugars and mix them well.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth.
Spread the batter in a lined 9×13-inch pan.
Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool.
Cut into two-inch squares. Enjoy!
