Yields 2 pizza flatbreads
1 bottle Buffalo Style Wing Sauce
1/4 cup Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 bottle sweet chili sauce
1-2 tablespoons Gefen Cornstarch (if necessary)
8-10 thinly sliced chicken cutlets
2 onions, diced
salt, to taste
Gefen Garlic Powder, to taste
2 readymade pizza crusts (I used Brooklyn Bred)
spicy mayo or garlic mayo, for drizzling
sesame seeds, for garnish
sliced scallions, for garnish
Pour sauces into a saucepan and bring to a simmer. (You can really use any sesame chicken marinade or a marinade from a bottle.) Add cornstarch if the sauce seems too thin. Add chicken. Mix and cook for 10-15 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Cover until ready to assemble.
In a separate pan, sauté onions with salt and garlic powder. Set aside.
Preheat oven to broil.
Shred chicken and stir into the sauce again. Place on pizza crust, then add sautéed onions. Broil until brown and crispy.
Drizzle with spicy mayo or garlic mayo and sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions. Enjoy!
