This Pulled Chicken Pizza combines tender, slow-cooked chicken with a sweet and savory glaze, served over a crispy pizza crust for a bold and satisfying meal. This dish is a delicious fusion of comfort food and gourmet flair.
Yield: 2 pizzas
3 chicken breasts
1/2 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon oil
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 and 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch in 1 cup water
sweet sauce
sesame seeds
scallion slices
Place chicken, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, and maple syrup in a crockpot. Chicken should be fully covered in liquid. Add water or broth if necessary. Cook on low for six to eight hours.
Once ready, shred chicken.
Cook pizza dough according to package Instructions.
Sprinkle shredded chicken on top of pizza crust. Drizzle spicy mayo and sweet sauce on top. Top with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
