For the Chicken Nuggets

1.

In a bowl, combine egg, duck sauce, and flour.

2.

Dip chicken cubes into batter until well coated, and then dip into bread crumbs.

3.

Fry in oil in large skillet on both sides until browned.

can i bake them before shabbos/yom tov and keep them warm on the blech? will it get dried out?

I keep. mine on the hot plate and they stay pretty crispy!

If you spray them with oil they should be fine baked.

I’ve never tried it but I don’t see why not. I would use a metal pan and spray it generously with nonstick oil.

Checking on whether Bread crumbs are mixed with duck sauce or seperate? Your recipe says to mix alltogether. Please let me know if you mix the egg, duck sauce and bread crumbs together as stated or seperately?

Hi! you mix the egg, duck sauce and flour together. Then dip the chicken in that and then dip into bread crumbs. The breadcrumbs do not get mixed with the egg and duck sauce.
