This is one of the dishes that put me on the map. The sweet sauce, the salty facon, and the spicy chips make a perfect blend of flavors.
1 prebaked (store-bought) flatbread
1 (4-ounce) container sweet onion dip
1 package smoked beef fry (or more, as desired)
1 (1-ounce) bag barbecue tortilla chips, crushed
Gefen Spicy Mayo, for garnish
Toast flatbread on grill just until bottom is crisp but top is still soft.
Spread onion dip on flatbread, leaving a one-inch border around the edge.
Grill or fry beef fry until crispy. Chop into small pieces and spread over flatbread.
Slice flatbread into one-inch slices.
Sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips, then finish with a drizzle of spicy mayo.
