Looking for an impressive Chanukah party centerpiece? We got you covered. This beautiful layered shot combines coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and rum. Place the shot glasses in a menorah and watch as your guests stand in awe as you actually light it on fire.
Yield: 8 shots
1 part Sabra Coffee Liqueur
1 part Irish cream
1 part Bacardi 151 rum (or regular rum or Lvov Vodka)
8 shot glasses
Pour coffee liqueur into a shot glass.
Slowly pour in the Irish cream over the back of a spoon, allowing it to settle on top of the coffee liqueur.
Slowly pour the rum over the back of the spoon, allowing it to settle on top of the Irish cream. Repeat with remaining shot glasses.
Carefully transfer filled shot glasses to a menorah (see note). Light them with a match or a kitchen torch. It may take a few tries, depending on the alcohol you use. They will burn for a few minutes. Once the fames are out, enjoy your shot. (You can blow out the fire at any time.)
