Diets If roasting marshmallows on a cocktail isn’t impressive enough, we’re going to add yet another cool effect with something as simple as…cinnamon! Sprinkle some cinnamon over your flaming cocktail and watch it sparkle! The layers of this cocktail look beautiful, but in all honesty, it tastes better mixed together. You can serve it mixed together to begin with, or serve it layered and stir with the marshmallow skewer before drinking.
1/2 cup Gefen Mini Marshmallows
1/2 cup Lvov Vodka
melted chocolate
graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup Binyamina Chocolate Liqueur
1/2 cup heavy cream or whip topping, such as Kineret
1/4 cup marshmallow vodka (see step 1)
1 large Gefen Marshmallow
cinnamon, to sprinkle
mini metal skewer or mini
bamboo skewer soaked in water
Prepare the marshmallow vodka: Add mini marshmallows and vodka to a container, seal, and set aside to infuse overnight.
Rim the glass: Dip the edge of a martini glass in melted chocolate, and then in graham cracker crumbs.
Prepare the cocktail: Pour the chocolate liqueur into the rimmed glass. Slowly pour the heavy cream over the back of a spoon, covering the chocolate liqueur. Slowly pour the marshmallow vodka over the back of the spoon, covering the heavy cream.
Using a metal skewer or a bamboo skewer soaked in water, pierce a large marshmallow and place it across the top of the glass.
Use a match or a kitchen torch to light the cocktail when you serve it, and let your guest have fun roasting their marshmallow. For an added effect, sprinkle cinnamon over the flames and watch it sparkle.
