Diets 1 pound flounder
3 large potatoes
3 eggs
3 tablespoons Manischewitz Matzo Meal
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Cook flounder fish in salted water for five minutes. Drain.
Separately cook potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain.
Mash fish with potatoes. Add eggs, matzo meal, salt and pepper.
Form into patties and fry on both sides. Serves three to four.
Optional: Dip patties in matzo meal or wheat germ (year-round) before frying.
