Super-simple to make, these are easy and addictive. If you don’t have za’atar, you can use your favorite spices and it’ll be just fine.
1 20-ounce (570-gram) package frozen pizza dough (I like Amnon’s), defrosted
3–4 tablespoons oil
za’atar or garlic powder, to taste
sprinkle of Tuscanini Sea Salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit (230 degrees Celsius).
Smear a baking sheet with a thin layer of oil and spread the dough out to about half an inch thick.
Drizzle with two tablespoons of oil and smear over the top of the dough. Add spices as desired.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the dough is baked through.
Slice into long fingers and serve.

Delicious! It’s a week before Pesach and I had some pizza dough I wanted to use up. This was so simple and delicious
