Fresh and Healthy Asian Mango Lettuce Salad

If you are bored of your same old regular salad, this one will get you back on track! A really quick and easy assembly, with a really quick and easy dressing, and you've got yourself a wonderful treat! I'm telling you, I couldn't get enough of it. It is so, so good.

Hope you can get mangoes wherever you are in the world, and don't skip the avocado!

Start Cooking

Prepare the Asian Mango Lettuce Salad

  1. In a serving bowl, place all the dressing ingredients. Mix or whisk to combine.

  2. Then add the lettuce, arugula, mango, avocado, and red onion and toss together.

  3. Sprinkle on the roasted nuts.

Note:

You can swap the arugula and romaine lettuce for an equal amount of baby spinach.
