Diets If you are bored of your same old regular salad, this one will get you back on track! A really quick and easy assembly, with a really quick and easy dressing, and you’ve got yourself a wonderful treat! I’m telling you, I couldn’t get enough of it. It is so, so good.
Hope you can get mangoes wherever you are in the world, and don’t skip the avocado!
2 handfuls arugula
2 handfuls chopped romaine lettuce
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/3 red onion, thinly sliced
1 avocado, diced
2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
2 tablespoons roasted pecans
3 tablespoons Tuscanini Olive Oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Haddar Soy Sauce
In a serving bowl, place all the dressing ingredients. Mix or whisk to combine.
Then add the lettuce, arugula, mango, avocado, and red onion and toss together.
Sprinkle on the roasted nuts.
