This limeade is smooth, creamy, and just so sweet, with a hearty tang of lime for a burst of freshness. It’s honestly delicious with or without the vodka. I usually double the recipe and make half for the adults and half for the kids!
Makes 4
2 limes or lemons, washed well
4 tablespoons sugar
2 cups water
1/4 cup Yummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon pineapple vodka per cup
Add limes or lemons to a blender with sugar and water. Blend for one to two minutes, until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer. Add just the liquid back to the blender, along with sweetened condensed milk. Blend for 30 seconds. Mixture will be frothy.
Divide among four short glasses, and top each with a splash of pineapple vodka (one tablespoon per cup), if desired.
Serve immediately.
