What is better than a piña colada on a scorching hot summer day? Try this version and you’ll be hooked!
3 cups Beleaves Frozen Pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen lychees
1 cup coconut milk
5 teaspoons Heaven & Earth Lime Juice
3/4 cup coconut flakes, with peel
Blend all ingredients with a blender or immersion blender until mostly smooth, with some coconut pieces remaining for texture. Serve immediately.
