6 ounces fresh blueberries
5 plums
2 oranges
1 mango
4 kiwis
a handful of store-bought granola per serving (I used Sunshine granola) for topping
1/3 cup oil
4 large fresh or frozen strawberries
2 teaspoons Kedem White Wine Vinegar
Dice all fruits for the salad except for the blueberries. Set aside.
Combine all dressing ingredients in a food processor fitted with the S blade. Mix until smooth and runny consistency achieved.
Mix dressing with salad. Top with granola and enjoy!

Is this more a summer dessert and there is no mention of the wine glass how to serve this like picture?

They way I did it, I simple layered all ingredients in a glass, put a plate on top and turned it over. I put the dressing around the glass giving it the look that that it’s coming out of the glass.
