Fruit Salad with Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients

Salad

  • 6 ounces fresh blueberries 

  • 5 plums 

  • 2 oranges

  • 1 mango

  • 4 kiwis 

  • a handful of store-bought granola per serving (I used Sunshine granola) for topping

Strawberry Dressing

  • 1/3 cup oil

  • 4 large fresh or frozen strawberries 

Directions

Prepare the Fruit Salad with Strawberry Sauce

1.

Dice all fruits for the salad except for the blueberries. Set aside.

2.

Combine all dressing ingredients in a food processor fitted with the S blade. Mix until smooth and runny consistency achieved.

3.

Mix dressing with salad. Top with granola and enjoy!

Notes:

Dressing stays fresh in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container.

Is this more a summer dessert and there is no mention of the wine glass how to serve this like picture?

Hi Rita

They way I did it, I simple layered all ingredients in a glass, put a plate on top and turned it over. I put the dressing around the glass giving it the look that that it’s coming out of the glass.
