Fruit Salad

Every time I make this, I ask myself why I don’t make it more often! It’s amazing on its own, and it’s delicious spooned over sponge cake, almost like a fruit salsa. But my favorite way of enjoying it is with yogurt and some granola sprinkled on top for extra crunch.

Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 kiwis

  • 2 cups pineapple, such as Glicks Pineapple

  • 2 medium oranges

  • 1 cup pomegranate arils

  • 1 and 1/2 cups red grapes

  • 1/2 cup strawberries

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup orange juice plus 1 teaspoon grated orange zest

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice plus 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Honey

Directions

Peel and dice all the fruit and place in a container.

Mix dressing ingredients together. Drizzle over fruit and toss well.

Notes:

This lasts up to three days in the fridge. This is the fruit combination I like best, but you can easily use any fruits you like.
