Diets There’s not much you can add to the already perfect flavors that Hashem instilled in nature, but this combination of fruits is something spectacular and the poppyseed dressing ties it all together.
1 cup blueberries
10 large strawberries, diced
2 Macintosh apples, diced
2 cups pomegranate seeds (from 1–2 pomegranates)
25 green grapes, diced
1 large nectarine, diced
3 kiwis, diced
1 tablespoon poppyseeds
4 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon Gefen White Vinegar
juice of 1 lemon or 3 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
2 tablespoons Gefen Honey or maple syrup
In a large bowl, mix blueberries, strawberries, apples, pomegranate seeds, grapes, nectarines, and kiwis.
In a small bowl, combine poppyseeds, orange juice, vinegar, lemon juice, and honey.
Pour dressing over fruit and toss to coat.
