Ingredients

Fruit Soup

  • 1 cantaloupe

  • 6 peaches (or equivalent from a can)

  • 2 cans crushed pineapple

  • 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, defrosted

Directions

1.

Place everything together in blender/food processor and blend until smooth.

2.

Garnish with berries or cut up fruit.

Notes:

If you are serving at a simcha you can puree strawberries to make a sauce and make a swirl or web design on top.
