Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 package fresh iceberg lettuce

  • 2 oranges or mandarins, cut into segments

  • 1 cup raisins

  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

  • 1/2 cup sweetened pecans

  • 1 small shallot, thinly sliced

Raspberry Vinaigrette

  • salt, to taste

Directions

1.

In a bowl, combine all salad ingredients.

2.

In a jar, add all dressing ingredients and shake until combined.

3.

Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
