Can be used as a side dish, or add cheese and make a veggie-pizza. Quick and yummy come-home snack that will keep everyone happy until dinner is ready.
1 pound ready pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh or 1 tablespoon dried basil, such as Gefen Basil
3 tablespoons fresh or 1 tablespoon dried oregano, such as Gefen Oregano
1 tablespoon minced garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup diced red and/or green pepper
1/4 cup Gefen Sliced Olives
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup pieces canned mushroom
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place crust on baking sheet (or pizza stone) coated with cooking spray; brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with basil and oregano.
Top with garlic, Parmesan, and any optional toppings.
Bake for 12 minutes or until browned. Cut into wedges and serve.
