Diets This is what I grew up eating for dinner on Thursday nights. My mother used to make this instead of regular pizza. It was so good, in fact, that no matter how much she made, there was never enough!
1 ball of pizza dough, brought to room temperature and rolled out into a rectangle shape
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, such as Tuscanini
shredded mozzarella cheese
2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
salt, to taste
Line a baking tray with Gefen Parchment Paper. Roll out the pizza dough to the size of the tray.
Allow the dough to rise as per the directions, around half an hour to an hour.
Mix the oil, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and spread evenly over the dough. Then sprinkle with cheese and scatter the tomatoes on top.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes or until lightly golden.
