These Pesach brownies are delicious (and come in handy when you need to make a mezonot).
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
3 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup matzo meal
1/4 cup potato starch
1/3 cup cocoa
chopped nuts
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bake in greased pan at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
