This is a great breakfast cereal with milk or a delicious, nutritious snack to munch on.

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 4 cups oatmeal

  • 1 cup shredded coconut or Gefen Coconut Chips (optional)

  • 1 and 1/2 cups bran

  • 1/2 cup wheat germ

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup Gefen Olive Oil or canola oil

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds

  • 1/2 – 3/4 cup raisins, chopped nuts, dried fruit, etc.

Directions

Make the Granola

1.

Combine all ingredients on a large cookie sheet and mix well.

2.

Spread out and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, mixing every ten minutes.

3.

Allow to cool before storing.
