Granola French Toast

Looking to add a little crunch to your breakfast? Granola french toast is a crowd-pleaser every time!

Ingredients

Toast

  • sliced bread or challah

  • Gefen Granola Cereal, from the bottom of carton or lightly crushed, any flavor

Egg Mixture

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/3 cup milk

  • pinch cinnamon

Directions

Make French Toast

1.

Whisk together all egg mixture ingredients. In a separate bowl, add granola crumbs.

Dredge bread slices in egg mixture, then granola.

3.

Meanwhile, grease a frying pan with cooking spray or butter. Add granola and cook until golden and crisp on each side.

4.

Serve with maple syrup if desired.
