Start Cooking

Prepare the Greek Bowl

  1. Microwave rice for three or four minutes (depending on the strength of your microwave) according to package instructions. Season with salt to taste.

  2. Prepare dressing. Whisk together all ingredients.

  3. Assemble your bowls. Add rice to the bottom of two bowls. Top with cucumbers, red onion, tomatoes, pepper, and olives. Grate feta cheese directly on top. Drizzle with dressing.
