Green Health Soup

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds string beans, washed and trimmed

  • 4 zucchini, unpeeled, scrubbed

  • 4 stalks dark green celery

  • 6 cups water

  • salt, to taste

Directions

To Prepare

1.

Steam string beans, zucchini, and celery, preferably using steamer basket. Cook until well done, but not overcooked.

2.

Blend vegetables with water. Add salt for desired taste.

What is the pretty garnish on this soup the orange the green and the white

It looks like some cream, micro-greens, and maybe some small roasted sweet potatoes.
