Green Kale Salad with Peanut Dressing

Ingredients

Salad

  • kale

  • snow peas

  • fresh mint

  • peanuts

Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

  • squirt of sriracha hot sauce

  • salt

  • freshly ground Gefen Pepper, to taste

Directions

Prepare the Salad and Dressing

1.

Blend dressing ingredients.

2.

Coat kale with dressing and gently massage it in.

3.

Top with snow peas, chopped fresh mint and peanuts.
