2 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
1-2 tablespoons spice rub (recipe follows)
2 pounds chicken breasts
2 tablespoons spice rub (recipe follows)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons smoked paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon freshly ground (coarse) Gefen Black Pepper
2 teaspoons Gefen Cumin
1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Coat wings with olive oil and spice rub and combine until fully coated. Optional: marinate up to 30 minutes.
Make sure the grill grates are greased. Preheat grill to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place wings on grates and grill for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Use a probe to track the temperature, and when it reaches 175 degrees Fahrenheit remove from grill. Optional: before flipping the wings, heat up BBQ sauce in a pan on the grill and dunk them in. Return wings to grill until they reach an internal temperature of 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine marinade ingredients until fully incorporated. Coat chicken breasts and marinate for 30 minutes.
Make sure the grill grates are greased. Preheat grill to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place chicken on grill grates and grill for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
Use a probe to track the temperature, and when it reaches 162 degrees Fahrenheit remove from grill and let rest.
During this time, the chicken will continue to cook and is ready to serve when it reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (takes about 10 minutes).
