Diets Boneless chicken breast is very simple to prepare, but also very easy to overcook and dry out, so make sure to follow the instructions. I love using simple rubs and marinades like these three varieties.
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons Gefen Garlic Powder
2 and 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or Gefen Lemon Juice
2 teaspoons Gefen Minced Garlic
2 teaspoons fresh herbs
2 and 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Gefen Light Olive Oil
leaves from 3 sprigs rosemary, chopped
leaves from 3 sprigs thyme, chopped
2 and 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
In a zip-top bag, combine your desired marinade ingredients. Add chicken and coat.
Marinate in the fridge at least two hours and up to overnight.
If you’ll be grilling the chicken, preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. If you’ll be smoking it, preheat the smoker to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Place a drip pan with a bit of water in the smoker to catch any drips and keep the air moist.
Grill for three minutes per side or smoke for one hour, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
