Serve this delicious easy grilled boneless chicken any time, or as part of a grand barbecue salad bar for your friends. Other choices are Herbed Chicken Cutlets and Spicy Chili-Lime London Broil.
1/4 cup Glicks Ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth (or 1/4 teaspoon chicken soup mix dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water)
1 cube Gefen Frozen Crushed Garlic
1 cube Gefen Frozen Ginger
12 boneless dark meat chicken cutlets
Place all ingredients besides chicken cutlets in a Ziploc bag; shake to combine. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for two hours or up to overnight.
Preheat grill and grill chicken for six to eight minutes per side, basting with marinade after flipping.
