Serve this delicious classic herbed grilled chicken any time, or as part of a grand barbecue salad bar for your friends. Other options for a meat bar are Spicy Chili-Lime London Broil and Grilled Dark Meat Chicken Cutlets.
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Crushed Garlic
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Parsley
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Dill
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 chicken breasts, trimmed but not thinned
Place all ingredients besides chicken in a Ziploc bag; shake to combine. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Allow to come to room temperature before grilling. Make sure grill is very hot. Place chicken breasts on grill, flipping after three to four minutes. Let cool before slicing.
