Serve this delicious and different grilled london broil any time, or as part of a grand barbecue salad bar for your friends. Other options for a meat bar are Herbed Chicken Cutlets and Grilled Dark Meat Chicken Cutlets.
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon Gefen Olive Oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Sea Salt
1 teaspoon coarse Gefen Black Pepper
1 flat London broil (1/4-inch thick)
Place all ingredients besides London broil in a Ziploc bag; shake to combine. Add London boil and marinate at least one hour or up to overnight.
Preheat grill and grill three to four minutes per side until grill lines form. Wait 10 minutes before slicing so juices can recirculate.
