This deliciously different cake is a great dessert or Kiddush item.
Yields 2 loaf pans.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius).
In a mixer bowl, beat eggs, sugar, tahini, oil, and water.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, chocolate chips, nuts, and baking powder. Add to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Pour the batter into two greased loaf pans. Bake for about 40 minutes, until the center of the cake springs back to the touch. Allow to cool.
Put the chocolate and pareve whipping cream into a pot and cook over low heat until chocolate is melted.
Remove from heat and add the liqueur.
Pour the ganache over the cooled cake.
