2 to 3 teaspoons hazelnut butter (you could also use Gefen Almond Butter)
1 cup milk
1/3 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
1 scoop vanilla whey powder
1 teaspoon instant espresso (optional; omit it if you don’t like it)
1 cup ice or 6 large ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in a strong blender until you have reached desired consistency.
