Diets Yields 1 pan of 8 buns
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups Glicks Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
cinnamon sugar, for filling
Mix yogurt, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
Then add in the dry ingredients and mix and knead until a dough forms.
Spread dough out into a thin log and spray cooking oil onto dough, then sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
Slice dough into strips. Roll each strip up into a spiral. Tuck spirals tightly into a nonstick baking pan.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.
