Healthier One-Pan BBQ Chicken and Potatoes

Directions

Prepare the Chicken and Potatoes

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Place potatoes and chicken into a baking dish. Shake on the spices to cover. Pour the BBQ sauce on top. Rub into chicken and potatoes.

  3. Bake covered for about two hours. Uncover and baste. Continue to bake uncovered for another 15 minutes. The sauce will reduce and thicken. The chicken and potatoes should be very soft; if they aren’t yet, keep cooking, covered, until they are.
