Ingredients

Healthy Dark Chocolate Truffles

  • pinch of sea salt

  • ground coconut, crushed walnuts, or cocoa powder for coating

Directions

Prepare the Healthy Dark Chocolate Truffles

1.

Mix together the cocoa powder, applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla, and sea salt. Place in fridge for about 10 minutes.

2.

Roll into bite-size balls and then into coating of choice.

3.

Store in the fridge.

Tips:

Thin this recipe out with either a bit more applesauce or some milk for healthy chocolate spread or chocolate frosting for cake!
