Hearts of palm spaghetti is a fantastic low-carb substitute for regular wheat pasta. The hearts of palm “noodles” have a firm but tender texture and a mild flavor, and they will absorb plenty of the lemon vinaigrette in this salad.   Don’t skip the basil.   • 2 ripe avocados (but still firm), diced

  • 5 basil leaves, chopped

Dressing

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

In a large bowl, combine Gefen Hearts of Palm Spaghetti, cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, and fresh basil.

2.

Whisk together dressing ingredients and toss with salad. Enjoy!

Wrong video Hey I’d like to watch the actual video for this recipe. Soemhow it was mixed up with another video.
