2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1 cup Glicks Flour
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 ounces whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
2 heaping tablespoons sour cream
Whisk the eggs, milk, and water in a large mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and grease it with oil or cooking spray.
Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan for each crepe.

Blend all the filling ingredients until smooth.
Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling on one side of the crepe.
