An easy, small-batch recipe for hummus. Spread it on your challah to start off your Shabbat meal with extra flavor!
1 cup Gefen Organic Chickpeas
3 cloves garlic or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2/3 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill.

scrumptious! just might be to peppery for some people.
Delicious! I added only 1/2 tsp salt rather than a full tsp, and that seemed to be plenty. This is replacing my previous chummus recipe 🙂
Easy and delicious! Love the freshness of this dip. Made enough for a whole week. And the price is right!
