Looking for an elevated cheese spread for a party or simcha? Look no further, this is it! This herbal cheese spread may have some “sharp” ingredients (think radish, thyme, scallions), but none of these flavors stick out; they just add to the overall taste. Serve with crackers, pita chips, sliced veggies, or with a bagel spread.
1 pound farmer cheese
5 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 scallions, minced
3 radishes, minced
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Black Pepper
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon Gefen Dry Parsley or other dried parsley (optional)
1/2 teaspoon thyme (optional)
1/4 teaspoon basil (optional)
Combine all ingredients. Serve chilled.
