Directions

Salsa

Sauté peppers and garlic in oil until soft

Add remaining ingredients and simmer 30–45 minutes.

Tips:

Salsa freezes very well.

The recipe, in a footnote, states that it freezes well. There is no reason why not, all of the ingredients freeze well.
