challah or bread slices (as many as desired)
onion powder
garlic powder
salt, optional
Cut challah/bread into small, square pieces. Place in bowl. Sprinkle liberally with onion and garlic powder, and salt, if desired. Spray bread generously with oil spray and mix well.
Spread onto lined cookie sheet Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly toasted, stirring once after about 10 minutes, for even toasting.
Cool and place in airtight container until ready to use.
