Tofu Croutons

Directions

1.

Cut tofu into small cubes and lay out on paper towel.

2.

Place drained tofu in pan in air fryer.

3.

Air fry until crunchy on the outside – approximately eight minutes.

4.

Remove and drop into honey. Drizzle garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.

Notes:

Prepare in advance and store to be readily available to enhance any salad or side dish.

Variation:

Roast in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
