Crunchy Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 2 cups green beans

  • 2 cups cauliflower, raw or roasted

  • 1/2 cup broccoli, raw or roasted

  • 1 hard Bosc pear, sliced thin

  • toasted sesame seeds, for topping

Dressing

Directions

Prepare the Salad

1.

Combine dressing ingredients well.

2.

In a medium bowl, combine the green beans, cauliflower, broccoli, and sliced pears.

3.

Once it’s dressed, top with toasted sesame seeds.
