There’s no salt necessary in this salad. That’s because the croutons provide the salty taste and add an extra-crunchy pop.
1 (8-ounce) bag red cabbage
1 green pepper, diced
1 orange pepper, diced
3/4 cup mini-soup croutons
1/2 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
In a large bowl, combine cabbage and peppers.
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Toss dressing over cabbage and top with mini-croutons before serving.
