Diets A delightful twist on your traditional honey cookies! Enjoy the sweetness of honey biscottis just in time for the upcoming yom tov.
1 stick margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1-2 cups Gefen Honey
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Baking Soda
1 tablespoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 and 3/4 cup Glicks Flour
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar, such as Gefen
1 tablespoon water
In a bowl, use the dough hook to mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
Form two loaves on a lined cookie sheet, with each loaf approximately 14 inches by five inches.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, then let it cool.
For the glaze, mix confectioner’s sugar and water, then drizzle it over the biscotti.
Slice into biscottis.
