Hot Broth Ramen

Ingredients

For the Broth

  • 2 tablespoons of gochujang

  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of black miso paste

  • 2 spring onions, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • salt, to taste

  • 1 handful of kale

  • 2-3 egg noodle bunches

  • 2 and 1/2 cups of water or broth

Directions

1.

Fry the gochujang miso, spring onion, sesame oil, and garlic in a small pot until fragrant and aromatic.

2.

Add the water and let it rise to a steady boil. Throw in the kale and add in the ramen.

3.

Plate up, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and a egg yolk or fried egg and enjoy hot and steamy.
