Ingredients

Hot Chocolate Cake in the Slow Cooker

  • 1 cup coffee whitener

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 and 1/2 ounces pareve chocolate such as Gefen

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

  • 3 and 1/2 ounces margarine

  • 1 and 1/4 cups flour

  • 2 tablespoons cocoa

  • 7 tablespoons sugar

For Cooking

  • 1 cup water

Directions

1.

Melt the chocolate (you can place it in a microwave-safe bag or bowl in the slow cooker for a few minutes).

2.

Combine coffee whitener and water, and mix the combination into the melted chocolate.

3.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients.

4.

Place the bag in a roasting bag with one cup water. “Bake” in the slow cooker for three to six hours.
